What types of payment do you accept?

We accept payment from any major credit card via online registration. If you’d prefer to pay by check or ACH, please contact us at [email protected].

 

Can I purchase my ticket onsite the day of the event?

Yes, you will be able to purchase tickets onsite as long as we still have tickets available. Remember, space is limited. We suggest purchasing your tickets as early as possible to ensure you are able to attend.

 

What is your refund policy? What happens in the case of a cancelled event?

You may request to cancel your ticket for a full refund up to 72 hours before the 2022 Integr8 conference. You may transfer your ticket to a colleague at any time prior to the event. To transfer or cancel your ticket, contact 800-427-5100 or [email protected].

If Automation Alley must reschedule the 2023 Integr8 conference due to unforeseen circumstances, your ticket will transfer to the rescheduled date. Automation Alley does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses; to include, charges made for travel and lodging.

 

What time do the doors open?

Registration and breakfast opens at 7 a.m. on May 10.

 

Do you have appropriate seating and parking for individuals with medical conditions?

Is there a limit to how many members of my organization can attend Integr8 2022?

No! Feel free to register as many members of your organization to Integr8 2022 as you like.

 

Who can I contact if I have technical difficulties during the conference?

Can I view a session after the fact?

Yes! Recorded sessions are available through the Integr8 app for up to one year after the event and can be accessed by both in-person and virtual attendees.
