the Jobs and Growth Fund, a new initiative dedicated to providing support to businesses, introduced as part of the Government of Canada’s Recovery Plan for Jobs, Growth and Resilience to support a robust and inclusive recovery.
Delivered by Canada’s regional development agencies in support of driving a regional response to stimulate economic recovery, the Jobs and Growth Fund provides $700 million nationally over three years, which includes up to $70 million dedicated to businesses created after January 2020 that meet eligibility criteria. FedDev Ontario is investing $224 million to help southern Ontario businesses create jobs, build resiliency, and prepare for growth by transitioning to a green economy.
We continue to accept applications from eligible businesses and not-for-profit organizations across southern Ontario. Please visit the Jobs and Growth Fund web page for full eligibility criteria and additional information.
