Organizational Resilience and Employee Engagement in Response to COVID-19

You are asked to participate in a research study conducted by Dr. Kyle Brykman and Dr. Francine Schlosser, from the Odette School of Business at the University of Windsor

  1. PURPOSE OF THE STUDY
    The purpose of this study is to understand the factors that enable organizational and employee resilience in response to COVID-19.
  2. POTENTIAL BENEFITS TO YOU AND YOUR EMPLOYEES
    Your help with this survey is necessary to understand how small- and medium-sized businesses in Ontario are responding to the first wave of the COVID-19 crisis. 

The continued success of your business and our community relies upon the commitment and motivation of employees as they return to work. We will identify and share strategies with you to optimize employee engagement.


By collecting data from employers and employees we can see what is working and what needs improvement so that our business community will be resilient and successful in the face of future crisis.
